We really can’t speak highly enough of Sarah Mitchell. She is the consummate professional and was always positive and straight-forward with us from the start. She assessed our property and offered comps to reflect its true value. But she understands sellers have needs beyond “appraised” values, and she worked with us in coming up with a price that reflected the uniqueness of our waterfront home along with our personal financial goals in selling our house. Selling real estate is not easy, especially in this current housing market. But Sarah was very goal-oriented, continuously updating our listing to ensure that it was fresh and highly visible. She was always ready to show the property, even in bad weather and with very little notice. And she continuously went above and beyond the job of a real estate agent in showing our property, including cleaning, leaf-blowing….whatever it took to show the house in its best possible light. She even acted as a go-between with us and multiple contractors to ensure the house was always at its best.
