Each property is carefully analyzed and must meet a series of criteria in order to be considered for a listing. If a property meets all criteria, it is openly discussed and then must be approved by the entire sales team and management before it is accepted. We don't take listings unless we are sure we can sell them and our numbers prove it. This is what makes our process unique. In fact, our agents are limited on the number of listings they are allowed to represent to ensure we are focusing all of our efforts to selling our properties.
Marketing & Networking

Buyers of homes priced above $500,000 come from outside of Coeur d'Alene and we have the numbers to prove it. Of the nearly half billion dollars in sales we have had since 2000, 89% of our buyers have come from out of state. Only when the price drops below $500,000 does that number begin to increase.
