Giving Back to Our Community

As leaders in our community, Black Rock Properties understands the importance of giving back. That is why each year, we sponsor several philanthropic projects in our community through the Chesrown Family Foundation designed to support education and leadership development for children up to age 12, animal welfare, education and rescue, broad-based community involvement as well as neighborhood improvement.

Black Rock Properties is a strong supporter of the Kootenai County Humane Society as well as the Humane Society of the United States. In fact, in July of 2010, Black Rock Properties will be the presenting sponsor for the Kootenai County Humane Society's "Tails at Twilight" fundraiser.
