Bellerive, North Idaho's most desirable waterfront community, announced today that it had lowered the prices of the remaining waterfront homes and condos located along the Spokane River in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. In an effort to sell the remaining units before Summer, the lender has authorized deep discounts to the already low prices.
Prices for all 2BD/2BA condos in the Riverfront House Condominium project have been reduced by more than 80% of original sales price. The remaining condos start in the $200,000's with the last remaining penthouse priced at $738,336 - over $1,000,000 off of the orignal contract price fo 2007. 2010 was a strong year for sales with over 25% of the building selling out by December. The project is now over 80% sold out with only 8 units remaining.
