Many are aware that The Club at Black Rock has been undergoing a reorganization for the past few months. The purpose of the process has been to establish a club that is positioned to deal with the challenges of today's economy while still maintaining the unparalleled level of service that our clients expect. The financial model that many clubs throughout the country were built on is simply broken and a long-term fix needed to be put into place. No longer can clubs subsidize operations with from real estate sales when there are far fewer transaction than just a couple of years ago.

Details regarding the new structure will be released in the very near future; however, one thing we are positive of is that the new structure completely removes any fear and doubt for the financial stability of the club. It is this message that we have been communicating to our clients and has allowed us to put several properties in escrow in recent weeks.
