Bellerive announces new price on last waterfront home

bellerivecondosBellerive, North Idaho's most desirable waterfront community, located along the Spokane River in Coeur d'Alene Idaho, announced today that it had lowered the price of the last waterfront home and that the remaining condo will close mid April.

The last remaining developer waterfront home has seen drastic cuts. Priced to sell at $749,000, which includes top-of-the-line finishes and your own private boat slip. This home originally sold for over $1,600,000 in 2007.
